Vijay Ramaniklal Rapani Biography
Vijay Ramaniklal Rapani is an active politician of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He has been the Chief Minister of Gujarat from August 7, 2016 and represent Rajkot West in the form of a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. Rupini was born in Rangoon, Burma. His family came to Rajkot in 1960. He secured a degree in LLB and art from Dharmendra Singhji Arts College affiliated to Saurashtra University. During his last years of study, he joined ABVP and then in RSS and Jan Sangh.
Early life and education
He connected as a student worker in the All India Student Council at the beginning. After this, it joined the RSS and Jan Union in the year 1971. Along with this, it also joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Amit Shah's great interest is in the games. He was president of the Gujarat Chatranj Sangh in 2006, President of the Central Cricket Association in 2009 and Chairman of the Gujarat State Cricket Association in 2014. He also worked as Vice President of the Gujarat State Cricket Association in 2009. During his tenure, as the President of the Gujarat State Chess Sangh, he started chess on the basis of pilot project in government schools of Ahmedabad.
