                  Biography


Meera Kumar is the daughter of India's famous Dalit leader Babu Jagjivan Ram.  He was also the sub-prime minister of India.Mera Kumar, during his political career, five times a member of the Parliament and the United Progressive Alliance candidate for the President of India in the elections of 2017.Shremie Meira Kumar is one of the leading leaders of the Indian National Congress. Meera Kumar has also received honor of the Lok Sabha's first female speaker during the 2009-2014.

72-year-old Meira Kumar has also taken charge as a lawyer and the former politician, Manmohan Singh's Congress-led government in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

A pleasant, courteous, but a different personality, Mira Kumar has experienced working with Indian foreign services and Meera Kumar has served as foreign embassies, including Spain, Mauritius and United Kingdom (UK).
