Christian religion is the Jesus Christ and the main texts are Bible. Jesus Christ was born in Baithlam near Jerusalam. Birthday of Jesus is celebrated as Christmas.

Christianity started in the Palestine area in the first century Avi. Its origin is linked to Jewish religion. Jesus Christ is considered to be the founder of this religion, who tried to improve the Jewish religion and showed the path of love, mercy and truth. His followers spread their message, which spread from Christianity.

Jesus Christ made many miracles in his life and preached to the people. He taught that God is a kind father and all humans should follow love and compassion. But the Jewish religious leaders of that time considered them threatening themselves and climbed them on the cross. Christians believe that Jesus became revived three days after death, which is called 'Resurrection'.



Chief principles of Christianity
Christianity is based on many principles, some of which are the following:

Believing in God - Christianity is the Dharmeshk (Monotheistic) religion, which believes in God. Christians believe that God has composed the world and it is the Almighty, omnipresent and omniscient.



Trinity - According to Christianity God appears in three forms:

God's God
Paramputra Jesus Christ (God's Son)
Holy Spirit.


Sin and salvation - According to Christianity, man is a sinner from birth and it requires salvation. Jesus Christ sacrificed his life for the sins of humanity, so that people can get salvation.


Love and forgiveness - Jesus Christ gave a message of love and forgiveness. He taught that people should love their enemies and should be forgiven.

Death after life - Christians believe that after death the soul will be resurrected and each person will get heaven (Heaven) or Hell (HELL) on the basis of his deeds.

The main texts of Christianity are Bible, which is divided into two parts:

Old Testament (Old Testament) - It includes the scriptures of Judaism. It reflects the events of the time before the birth of Christ.

New Testament - In this, the details of the work of Jesus Christ's life, teachings and their followers.


Major sect of Christianity

Many branches and sects have developed in Christianity over time. The main sects are as follows:

Catholic - This is the oldest and largest branch of Christianity, which is located in Vatican City (Vatican City). There are major Pope (Pope) of the Catholic Church.

Protestant (Protestant) - This branch was founded during the Improvement Movement (REFORMATION) in the 16th Century. The Bible is considered to be the highest religious texts and the power of the Pope is not accepted.



Orthodox (orthodox) - This branch is mainly found in Eastern Europe and Greece. Orthodox Church is famous for its traditional customs and worship.


Major festival of Christianity

Many important festivals are celebrated in Christianity:

Christmas (Christmas) - This is the celebration of Christ's birth, which is celebrated on December 25.

Good Friday - This day Jesus Christ was plated on the cross.

Easter - This is the festival of Christ's resurrection, which is celebrated after three days of Good Friday.
